Early Access Terms
These terms are not yet in force.
MAJAL Early Access registration and distribution are still closed. Final terms will be presented before a participant can enroll or receive an Early Access build.
1. Purpose of Early Access
The Early Access program is intended to evaluate MAJAL with a limited group before wider public release. The focus is expected to include installation reliability, real electronics and RF workflows, multilingual usability, performance and actionable feedback.
2. Preview software
Early Access builds may be incomplete, may contain defects and may change without preserving every experimental behavior. Features described as preview, experimental or externally validated remain subject to their documented limits.
Participants should keep independent backups of important project data and should not rely on an Early Access build as the sole tool for safety-critical, regulated or production-signoff decisions.
3. Eligibility and access
Access may be limited by cohort size, platform compatibility or testing needs. A request to join does not guarantee acceptance. Final eligibility requirements, account or license conditions and any geographic restrictions will be stated before enrollment opens.
4. Acceptable use
Participants will be expected not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or licensing controls, interfere with infrastructure, distribute malicious content or use the Early Access channel to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Feedback
The program is designed to receive technical feedback, bug reports and workflow observations. Before launch, the final terms will state clearly how submitted feedback may be used to improve MAJAL and will distinguish feedback from any participant-owned project files or confidential engineering data.
6. Intellectual property and project data
Participation is not intended to transfer ownership of a participant's circuit designs, simulation inputs, measurement data or other project content. MAJAL software, branding and associated materials remain subject to the licenses and rights stated with the distributed build.
7. Availability, updates and termination
The Early Access service may be updated, paused or ended as testing evolves. The final terms will describe the applicable license duration, update expectations, termination conditions and what happens when an Early Access build expires or is superseded.
8. Final legal identity and governing terms
The operator's final public legal identity, contact details, governing law and any required consumer or professional notices are not yet published. They will be completed before these terms become effective and before Early Access registration is opened.
9. Status of this document
This page is a transparent pre-launch draft used to define the program structure. It does not create an Early Access license or enrollment by itself.
